Casey was a neuroseurgeon and although he strayed abit from that scope pf practice, he didn't treat everything under the sun like Kildare and occasionally lost a patient, which never happened to Kildare. ![]() Kildare was the fantasy of what people would like in a doc. Casey fit the stereotype health providers have of surgeons-surly and arrogant.
